Wine Description

This year’s selection from Adelsheim is made entirely from fruit grown in
Block Three from our oldest own-rooted Pommard vines at Bryan Creek
Vineyard. This block’s deep, rich, basaltic soils and high elevation
consistently produce wines of exceptional concentration and power, paired
with the finesse needed for long-term ageability. This wine offers luscious
aromas of dark Bing cherries and toasted spices, underscored by a thread of
minerality. On the palate, this Pinot noir is dense and layered with a
structural core and long, succulent finish.
